1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EduQX website, platform, or any related services ("Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use EduQX only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Providing false personal information when creating an account
- Using another person's account or credentials
- Sharing course access or content with non-enrolled users
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape platform content
- Uploading harmful, abusive, or illegal content
3. Accounts & Security
When you register, you are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@eduqx.com if you believe your account has been compromised. EduQX is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on EduQX — including course materials, videos, text, graphics, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of EduQX or its content partners, protected by applicable copyright and IP laws. You may use the content for personal learning purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments & Fees
All prices shown on EduQX are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely. By completing a purchase you authorise the applicable charge to your selected payment method. Fees for specific programs or services are non-transferable. Please see our Refund Policy for information on refunds.
6. Certificates
EduQX issues completion certificates upon meeting the defined criteria for each program (coursework, projects, assessments). Certificates are issued in good faith based on the information provided by the user. EduQX reserves the right to revoke certificates in cases of misconduct, plagiarism, or false information.
7. Limitation of Liability
EduQX provides the platform and services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, salary increases, or specific career results. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months. EduQX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of EduQX after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of EduQX shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
