At EduQX, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a course for any reason, we offer a refund within the eligibility window described below. We ask that you read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exceptions (Non-Refundable)
- Live instructor-led batches and bootcamp seat reservations
- Internship program fees (due to seat reservation and mentor allocation)
- Corporate training programs once delivery has begun
- Downloadable materials, worksheets, or templates purchased separately
- Courses purchased as part of a gifted subscription or coupon code
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@eduqx.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Course Name].
- Include your registered email address, course name, enrollment date, and reason for refund.
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days and confirm eligibility.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with our decision, you may escalate your concern by writing to info@eduqx.com with your original request and our response. We review all escalations within 5 business days and aim to reach a fair resolution.
